Many coaches and "experts" focus only on how many calories you eat or if you workout for 1-2 hours a day which isn't feasible for busy individuals. Nicholas Wasierski, founder of Wandering Bear Wellness, has spent the past decade studying and working with experts worldwide, discovering what it truly means to be a healthy adult in today’s world. His life’s mission is to empower individuals to live an embodied, purposeful life. A lifelong athlete, Nicholas excelled as an all-state wrestler and basketball player, earning a wrestling scholarship to North Idaho College, where he was introduced to health and wellness through courses in sports medicine, psychology, and stress management.
After years of pushing his body to the brink and experiencing physical breakdowns, he shifted his focus to healing—first for himself, and now for others.
As a Certified Rolfer and CHEK Professional, Nicholas specializes in helping people eliminate chronic pain, heal gut issues like IBS, and reclaim their sense of purpose. Through holistic methods that blend structural bodywork, personalized nutrition, and functional movement, he guides clients on a path to lasting health and vitality.
